Here are the documents*/ we need in order to be able to create your company:
1) Scan or photo of the ID for all associates (photo is ok if you can show your id in a rectangular shape)
2) two-three name ideas for your company
3) A valid email address (where we can communicate the most important papers)

5) a name reservation for the company
6) o POA (procura in Romanian) that we will redact and send to a notary in the town you currently live. We will prepare the POA, you only need to schedule with the notary the date/time). This procura would be neede din case you do not have and you do not want to use the electronic signature. But for being able to sign it you will need to visit Romania.
Important point regarding the point 6) We rather prefffer working with your electronic signature. This mean you buy and install an electronic signature on your computer and can can sign while bieng abroad. The process is not that complicated as it sound. More details about the electronic signature can be found here. The electronic signature will make your life with the Romanian state authorities a lot simpler.
