Cu sigurață putem încheia contractul de găzduire online! Este mai comod pentru tine și durează mai puțin decât să ​te deplasezi la un birou fizic în partea cealaltă al orașului. 
Poți solicita serviciul de găzduire a sediului social online, indiferent de locul din România sau din Europa, în care te afli.
Prin faptul că lucrăm virtual, reducem costurile fixe (găzduirea și utilitățile aferente propriului nostru birou) iar astfel putem să îți oferim prețurile cele mai bune din piață
Există mai multe situații în care vei avea nevoie de un serviciu de găzduire a sediului social:
  • Când nu deții (tu sau familia apropiată) un imobil pentru sediul social
  • Ai un imobil, dar nu ai obținut aprobarea vecinilor sau a asociației de proprietari
  • Dorești să îți stabilești sediul social la altă adresă decât adresa ta de domiciliu
  • Au un sediu social dar ai nevoie de o adresă pentru un punct de lucru (necesar pentru firmele de ridesharing, gen Uber sau Bolt)
  • Dorești să îți muți sediul din alt județ pentru a candida la anumite proeicte cu fonduri europene
Găzduirea sediului social implică înregistrarea adresei oficiale a unei companii la o adresă diferită de locația fizică unde locuiești sau unde îți desfășori activitatatea. 

Pot fi anumite beneficii ca de pildă faptul că astfel poti opera în anumite reședințe de județ (azul Uber sau Bolt), poți să câștigi încredere în fața clientelei (cum ai putea vinde parfumuri de lux cu sediul într-un sat !?). 

Cel mai important, acest serviciu îți permite să deschizi o afacere în România chiar dacă nu ai o proprietate sau chiar dacă ești plecat din țară (noi fiind capabil să îți redirecționăm corespondența instituțională prin email).
Am vorbit la o secțiune anterioară despre creșterea credibilității afacerii. Unii clienți își doresc să lucreze cu furnizori dintr-un anumit județ. Găzduindu-vă sediul social sau punctul de lucru cu noi, ​veți deveni mai interesant. Putem de asemenea să vă ​oferim (în anumite județe, dar ​și în Mun. București) adrese cu rezonanță (din centrul ​Municipiului), la casă, care, de regulă fac o bună impresie potențialei clientele.
Avem nevoie de următoarele documente:
  • Rezervare denumire (în cazul în care firma nu este încă înființată)
  • Certificatul de înregistrare (în cazul în care firma este deja constituită)
  • Document de identitate al administratorului
  • Adresă de email pentru corespondență
  • Telefon mobil administrator

Pe lângă găzduire afirmei oferm o serie de servicii suplimentare (gratuite, câtă vreme nu se abuzează) ca de pildă redirecționarea gratuită a corespondenței instituționale nesolicitate, averitizări cu privire la expirarea sediului social, prețuri mai bune la găzduirea sediului social sau profesional în măsura în care optați pentru achiziționarea cel puțin a unui altui serviciu ONRC.

Da, Este mult mai comod pentru tine și durează mai puțin decât să te deplasezi la un birou fizic în partea cealaltă al orașului. 
Poți înființa un SRL sau un PFA de oricune oriunde te aflii (în România sau în străiătate) cu o semnătură electronică care poate achiziționată online sau cu o procură (dacă sunteți în țară)
Prin faptul că lucrăm virtual, reducem costurile fixe (găzduirea și utilitățile aferente propriului nostru birou) iar astfel putem să îți oferim prețurile cele mai bune din piață
Cu firma noastră întregul proces de înființare este mult simplificat.
Avem nevoie de următoarele documente pentru înființarea unui SRL, PFA sau Intreprinderi individuale:
  • Câteva sugestii privitoare la numele societății  (doar pentru SRL)
  • Documentele de legitimare ale tuturor actoriior din firmă (administratori și asociați)
  • O adresă de email pentru corespondență
  • Telefon mobil administrator 
  • Acte doveditoare ale deținerii unei proprietăți (în cazul în care nu găzduiți sediul firmei dvs la noi). Aceasta poate implica un extras de carte funciară (chiar și mai vechi de 30 de zile), sau un contract de vânzare-cumpărare, sau, în cazul imobilelor din mediul rural, o adeverință de la primărie privind existența imobilului și faptul că pentru acesta se plătește impozit. Dacă proprietarii sunt diferiți, ne va trebui și CI-ul acestora.

Societatea noastră vă ghidează pe tot parcursul operațiunii de înființare a SRL-ului sau PFA-ului dvs. După înființare, trebuie să luați în considerare următorii pași (nu toți obligatorii):
  1. Să deschideți un cont bancar (inclusv pentru PFA, recomandăm să deschideți alt cont decât cel de persoană fizică, pentru a păstra operațiunile separate)
  2. Să vă găsiți un contabil care să se ocupe de corecta ținere a evidențelor contabile (pentru firmele înființate cu noi, putem recomanda pe unul dintre contabilii noștrii parteneri.
  3. Să obțineți Registrul Unic de Control (RUC) de la ANAF (pas obligatoriu doar pentru SRL-uri)
  4. Să achiziționați o semnătură electronică care vă va fi utilă îm legătură cu E-factura și 
  5. Să înregistrați firma dvs. în spațiul virtual privat al ANAF 
  6. Să alegeți un program de facturare integrat cu e-Factura (noi vă oferim un astfel de program, gratuit, pentru 12 luni de zile)
  7. Să vă inființați unul sau mai multe puncte de lucru (dacă este cazul)
  8. Să obțineți contul special de TVA intracomunitar (pentru firmele care cumpără sau vând bunuri și servicii din Uniunea Europeană -- firmele colaboratoare Bolt, AirBnb, Uber, samd)
  9. Să vă creați un site web (vă putem pune în legătură cu un colaborator, care ne-a ajutat și pe noi)
  10. Să vă asigurați o infrastructură de comunicații 
  11. Să vă creați un logo și să vă înregistrați marca la OSIM (Oficiul de stat pentru invenții și mărci)

Firma noastră realizează cesiuni pentru SRL-uri. Avem prețuri deosebit de avantajoase (link aici) pentru cesiunile care implică maxim 2 asociați/administratori înainte de cesiune și maxim 2 asociați/administratori. Pentru cesiunile mai complexe se va stabili o taxă suplimentară
Actele de care avem nevoie, să fie semnate de către dvs:
  1. Contract de cesiune (îl putem redacta noi, dvs doar îl semnați)
  2. Documentele de legitimare pentru toate persoanele implicate în firmă 
  3. Semnarea unei procuri (o redactăm noi)
  4. Adresele de email și telefoanele de contact ale tuturor persoanelor implicate în firmă
  5. Informații privitoare la numele, CAEN-urile și adresa societății după cesiune (dacă se schimbă conformația)
Conform Autorității Române Rutere (ARR) pentru a putea opera într-un oraș reșednță de județ, trebuie ca firma să aibă codul CAEN 4939 activat și, suplimentar, societatea să aibă un sediu (principal sau secundar) stabilit în municipiul reședință de județ. Societatea noastră vă stă la dispoziție cu sedii pretabile pentru a se înființa puncte de lucru în peste 15 reședințe de județ, lista fiind în continuă creștere.
Conform legislației în vigoare, toate codurile CAEN care apar în actul constitutiv trebuie să fie și activate (spre deosebire de trecut în care se permiteau sute de coduri CAEN în statut și să fie doar câteva activate).  Noi recomandăm, de asemenea, să mențineți lista de coduri rezonabil de mare. Pentru majoritatea societăților un număr de 20 de coduri CAEN este considera absolut satisfăcător. Pentru identificare codurilor CAEN utile afacerii noastre vă stăm la dispoziție cu consultanță, pe parcursul derulării operațiunilor de înființare sau mențiune la ONRC.
